Strategic Account Manager – Central US

 

Primary Purpose:

 

The Strategic Account Manager will be charged with advancing ZOLL’s Strategic positioning within Key Accounts, strategically important geographies, strategically important competitive accounts, and large account opportunities. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible to advance ZOLL’s position in these geographies and accounts. Penetrate the top layers of the account in an effort to gain support from the top down. Penetrate accounts, markets, competitive accounts and geographies and turn Market Movers towards ZOLL. Create the opportunity for cross over selling across market segments (Hospital including Life Vest and EMS/ZDS), to create incremental revenue and to strategically advance ZOLL’s position in the market. Work as a team with the Sales Representatives to turn key accounts to ZOLL. Sell ZOLL’s solutions in the Executive Offices of a Healthcare Organization, as well as clinicians, code committees and others throughout the healthcare system. Finding and closing significant pieces of business, which should have a strategic impact on ZOLL.

 

Competencies:

To qualify for this position the candidate must have a B.A/B.S. Degree in addition to: 10 years of successful selling experience into the healthcare markets; Extensive capital medical equipment experience preferable; Demonstrated success selling systems, concepts and solutions at the administrative levels of a healthcare organization; Advanced computer skills; Organization and Time Management skills; Strong communication skills.
